02What this website is
This site introduces StarWatch and lets you request early access. Sending a request doesn't create a contract or guarantee you a place. If we offer you access, the StarWatch service will be covered by a separate agreement that you'll see and accept before you start.
03Prices
Prices on this site are shown in rupees (excluding 18% GST) for visitors in India and in US dollars elsewhere, with local taxes where they apply. They describe our current plans and may change. They aren't an offer you can accept on this website. You'll only be charged under an agreement or order you've confirmed with us.
04Who can use it
You must be at least 18. If you request access for someone else, or on behalf of a company or agency, you confirm that you're authorised to do so.
05Using the site fairly
You agree not to:
- give false details, or pretend to be someone else;
- ask us to watch someone you don't represent or aren't authorised to act for;
- copy, scrape or harvest this site, or try to break, overload or get around its security;
- use the site for anything unlawful, harmful or abusive.
06Illustrations, not promises
The stories, alerts, comments, timelines, figures and counters on this site, including the opening animation, are illustrations. They don't show real people, real posts or real data. StarWatch helps you see and understand public conversation sooner. It doesn't remove posts, prevent coverage or guarantee any outcome for your reputation.
07Our content
The StarWatch name, logo, design, text and graphics on this site belong to Lektik Consulting or our licensors. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy, adapt or reuse its content without our permission.
08Other companies' names
Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube and other platform names are trademarks of their owners. We mention them to describe where public conversation happens. StarWatch isn't affiliated with or endorsed by them.
09No warranties
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it's provided “as is” and may change, contain errors or be unavailable at times.
10Our liability
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, and our total liability for anything to do with it is limited to ₹10,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.
11If you break these terms
We may block or restrict your access to the site. You're responsible for losses we suffer because you broke these terms or the law while using it.

13Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the updated version.
14Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kochi, Keralam, India.
